We want you and your dog to be happy with every order — and we stand behind what we sell.

Returns: We accept returns on unused, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Simply email us at hello@settledpup.com with your order number and we'll walk you through it.

Damaged items: If your order arrived damaged or defective, we'll send a replacement at no cost. No need to return the original item.

Refunds: Processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Our promise: If something isn't working for your dog, we'd rather help you find something that does than keep your money. Reach out — we're here.
